   I am currently using a STT-8300 and AO-8T. I am interested in at some point getting a 16803, sCMOS or if another brand at least the starchaser. With that being said, is the AO-X compatible with the STT as far as software and electrical and just needs an adapter? Or would they be completely foreign to each other?

   It's electrically compatible and would just need a mechanical adapter.
