STT-8300 not in device manager

    On my second night with my STT-8300 I was unable to connect to the camera, it had worked perfectly the first night. The camera isn't showing up in the device manager of the computer. I have tried 3 different USB cords, plugging the camera into different ports on the front and back of the computer and through my Paramount MTY, plugging the camera into 2 different computers, and reinstalling the camera drivers. I was still unable to get the camera to be detected by the computer.

    I was able to connect to the camera via the Ethernet port and take data, but it isn't optimal for my setup.

    Any suggestions on things to try or is my camera in need of repair?

    Doesn't sound promising. We're a little shorthanded this week; please contact Bill @ service and see if he has any suggestions.
