Hi - i have a very early STT-8300M which has worked flawlessly for years. last night i found that the main imager is returning completely black images - no signal at all, no bias or dark signal. otherwise the camera works fine, CCDOps can connect, set the cooler temperature, retrieve a guider image from the FW8-STT, etc. i emailed bill at his old sbig email address but didn't hear back. how do i start the RMA process to have the camera serviced? thanks, rob
