    I stand corrected, this OAG has 2.7" dovetail.

    Actually I had the base that John Stiles had gotten for the AC4040BSI for me to test drive here and with that bolted to the STX and the adapter for the MOAG I'm golden it works as needed. Thanks for the assist.
