Sorry to hijack a discussion, but how on earth do you request some technical help from this company!!!!!!! All I get is access to forums and I can't find how to send a simple email or message to them to ask for help???? Best wishes Peter
By posting a thread in the appropriate section of this support forum. Email is too unreliable. People go on vacations, or you email the wrong person, or whatever. The forum isn't perfect but it seems to be working fairly well.
And it has the advantage that, with some searching, one can sometimes find the answer far faster than waiting for a personal response from a support person. It's also possible for a support person to point to an existing thread and solution, making support more efficient. Consider the forum a repository of knowledge.
