Trying to work the AO-L work with st2000xm

    Interesting Doug...
    I seam to be getting conficting views here...

    I've still got to try it out with maxim dl... I'll do that tonight. I managed to conect up the configuration a couple of nights ago in maxim dl and the AO controls came up... but then the clouds came in.

    Well I tried it out tonight, and I was able to guide with the AOL on the st2000 while imaging with the stl11k at the same time. Just thought id let you know. Is there a way to swap the detectors in the guide camera in Maxim DL so I'm not guiding off the small chip?

    We don't have a setting for that. Using the main chip would slow down the guide rate immensely even with the same size track box.
