    Tom, I believe that we tried to get in touch.
    We've released several updates for firmware, drivers, and MaxIm.

    Camera firmware is now at v22:

    MaxIm is at 6.27 - in MaxIm, Help, Check for Updates

    DL Imaging drivers are now at version 2.0.2.0:
    https://diffractionlimited.com/down/SetupDLAPI.exe

    And the ASCOM drivers (in case you need them):
    https://diffractionlimited.com/down/DLImagingASCOMDriverInstaller.exe

    These should be updated as a set - versions can't be mismatched.

    @Adam Robichaud may wish to chime in.

    I updated Maxim and the drivers and firmware. I tested the camera/filter wheel over three separate nights without any duplication of the problem. I consider this closed.
