My STT8300M has been sitting idle for about 6 months and is now refusing to connect. In Windows 10 device manager I am seeing 'Other devices -> Unknown device' instead of 'SBIG USB Devices'. To be sure, I deleted and reinstalled CCDOps, the drive checker, and all drivers, but still get the same result. DriveChecker also can't connect to the STT8300M to check the firmware version. CCDOps crashes when it tries to connect. My STXL-11002 is working fine, so I am suspecting a fault in the STT8300M. Is there anything else I can check, or does the camera need to come back for repair? Cheers, Joe
